How long does shipping take?
- Usually 2-4 working days within Germany.
- Your order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours.
Can I return my order?
- Yes. You have 14 days to return items
- without giving any reason. You can find all the information in our return policy .
How does the return process work?
- You can return your order within 14 days.
- Just send us a short email with your order number and we will explain the process to you step by step.
How much are the shipping costs?
- Shipping within Germany costs 4.90 €.
- Shipping is free for orders over €50.

Yes, we only sell tested, original products.
How do I find the right size?
For each individual product, we provide the exact measurements in centimeters, such as length, width, shoulder-to-shoulder, leg length, or waist size. This makes it easy to measure whether the piece fits you. Additionally, you'll find fit information on many pages (e.g., "runs oversized" or "slim fit") so you know exactly what to expect.
